Depending on exactly what they mean by semi-transparent this could be a great idea

I saw this technology displayed at the Go Green Expo in Los Angeles last week. I would say it’s about 50% transparent. It was pretty amazing.. they had a spotlight shining on one side of the window and on the other side the window was cool to the touch. Great at keeping out heat and the bright sun!
