A properly designed leech field on a regular septic tank will provide water for your lawn from underneath.

It is illegal to use effluent from a sewage treatment plant to water the lawn without UV or Ozone or some other form of sterilaization.
The effluent containd pathogenic bacteria and can be very dangerous.
Please remove this article before someone follows the advice.
