The Earth is not going to swell in the future to accommodate the growth in population and cars. City lanes are more congested than they ever were before and the situation is going to get worse...

The thing about this car is that it looks like anyone could walk up to it and tip it over - unless the center of gravity is super-low, I would not want to take a corner at any speed in this thing.

Yes, I would guess that 50% or more of the overall weight is in the bottom 12”.
The Tango has this same perception; but the weight down low holds it on the road quite well.
